Diagnostic imaging can also be known as medical imaging, the use of electromagnetic energy and certain other technologies for the purpose of accurate diagnosis. Of course, we are all familiar with X-Rays but there are other technologies that allow medical professionals to produce images of internal structures of the body.
X-Ray Services
RPMH is proud to ensure that Sweetwater, Nolan Country, and other surrounding counties have access to these vital services.
Our radiology team works with patients to explain exactly what each process entails and what the patient can expect to hear and feel during imaging. RPMH is also able to offer a full digital X-Ray machine that requires no processing and can show images in approximately 4 seconds which means less time waiting for results.
However, X-Rays are only a part of the tool kit our diagnostic imaging team has available to help our physicians identify and diagnose injuries and illnesses.

Our Radiology Team
All the tests are performed by board-certified radiologist who have years of experience analyzing results and will then work with your health care provider to diagnose their findings.
