Payment Options
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. You can make in-person payments at our office, 200 E Arizona, or click the button at the top of this page. If you are unable to pay your bill in full or have any other billing or payment question, we ask that you please call 325-219-6244, or come see one of our patient counselors.
Business Office Services
Business Office Services at RPMH bills and collects for services provided at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital and Rolling Plains Rural Health Clinic. We adhering to all billing and collection rules established by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurances and all local, state and federal government agencies.
Business Office staff are administrative professionals trained in the complexities of hospital and physician billing and collection.
The Business Office provides:

- Follow-up services by contacting insurance companies.
- Collection services including payment arrangements and management of accounts through the entire collection process.
