Since Deni has returned to us full time, she has shown by her actions her love for her community, her hospital family, and for the hospital itself. I have witnessed on numerous accounts where she gets called in last minute because someone couldn’t make—I have always seen her show up but have never heard her complain. I have never seen her fail to work something out when a team member needs an unexpected day off or to switch days either. She has kept a positive attitude through all the changes our department is experiencing at this time. Every request I throw her way, she is up for the challenge with no complaints. She was the first one to step up and offer to help with vacated work until we figure something out. She has expressed numerous times that she cares about the hospital. And on that note, she has not only tackled all assignments that I have given her in helping with the vacated work, but she has also exceeded. She has gotten us caught upon years of inputting data and makes sure that we stay caught up on a daily/weekly basis. When my truck was stolen and I wasn’t going to make one of the meetings, she even reminded me to cancel it. She has become very engaged and has been working so diligently and I can not express enough how grateful I am that she on my team.
