I am unsure of how many times this lady is on the recognition board, but it has really caught my attention. I have never met her in the hall when she didn’t have a smile on her face and acknowledge those she met. It seems that she assists, covers, floats, and anything else that is asked of her no matter the location. I believe she is “all-around” and deserves recognition for stepping up and stepping out! It is always a pleasure to cross her path. Outstanding characteristics: dependable, courteous, and respectful. I would also like to add positive, compassionate, flexible, and willing. She can work in almost any area including several clinics and has recently expanded to ER and house supervisor. She’s a true team player and exemplifies all of the qualities of the employee of the month. And to top it off, February will be her 29th year at RPMH. Thank you, Helena!
