Sweetwater-Nolan County Health Department Health Disparities Program partnered with SNAP (Senior Nutrition Activities Program) and the Area Agency on Aging Texercise Program to help "Build the Bridges to increase opportunities for everyone to live the healthiest life possible! No matter who we are, where we live, or how much money we make" and has invited multiple area organizations to come and share the resources they offer to the community.
We would like to thank all of those who took time out of their workday to come and show support toward our seniors in the community. The past 10 weeks, organizations have spent time with SNAP, sharing their resource information, engaging in questions and answers, and enjoying the company of those who participate in the activities provided through SNAP
