The Oath of Office was administered to Jose Villafranca -District 6 & to Rodney Foster-District- District 7 (At-Large) by Steve Holcomb-Chairman. Rodney Foster gave the oath of office to Steve Holcomb-District 4. Erica Castro-District 2 was sworn into office at the March meeting.
