Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital and Rolling Plains Rural Health Clinic participated in the Public Health Promotion on Tuesday May, 17th at the Assist Our Community Courtyard. Georgie Porter gave glucose screenings, and gave information about diabetic education provided by RPMH. AbiGail Chadwick and Teri Wilson provided information about the Indigent Durable Medical Equipment Program that has recently been launched. Katie Carter and Jeannie Limones promoted mental health within our community and gave information about the behavioral health benefits that have been revamped at the RPRHC. The Public Health Promotion was hosted by the Sweetwater-Nolan County Health Department Health Disparities department.
