The RPMH laboratory has recently undergone many changes. We lost a long-time director and a lot of knowledge and information about the lab went with him. A new director was hired and then we received word that we were having an inspection. Julia went above and beyond helping the main hospital lab with their survey. She was instrumental in finding and providing documents the surveyor requested. She took time away from her own lab and responsibilities to help the hospital. When I thanked her for all she had done, she immediately gave credit to others. Julia is a long-time employee and is strong and steady. She is caring and never complains when helping others. There’s no your team/my team. Julia is an outstanding employee and an outstanding individual. She demonstrates leadership, knowledge and compassion in all that she does.
