She goes above and beyond on thinking of ways to make working at RPMH a great place to work. There are so many things she does that no one knows about; it just magically happens. She works under the radar so everyone can be recognized. She worked very hard to facilitate our Philippine Medical Technologist. She has been here for over 20 years. She truly loves RPMH! Ame started as an HR assistant in the late 90s and has been the HR Director for the better part of a decade. Ame is one of the first smiling faces new employees see when they start at RPMH.
