Michelle Romero

I am the Director for Rolling Plains Home Health. In this role, I lead a team in providing home health care including Skilled Nursing, Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapies and Home Health Aide care.

I am a registered nurse with both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing. I obtained her RN in 2018 after 23 years as a licensed vocational nurse.

I was born and raised here in Sweetwater and chose to work at RPMH because of the supportive, empowering, and collaborative environment. RPMH is like family.
