Week in Review: January 1st

The first week of the year saw presentations, donations and celebrations.

Monday:

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Tuesday:

Doug Dippel, CEO, and Katie Roberts, Mental Health Services Director, presented at the Sweetwater Lions Club. Mr. Dippel spoke about the success of the hospital through the pandemic. As well as installing a mental health department through such a tough time in healthcare. Katie spoke about the process by which RPMH has built such a strong mental health department.

Thursday:

The Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital Foundation received a check from the Nolan County Renewal Project for $20k. TJ Wilson, RPMH Foundation, and Katie Roberts, Mental Health Services Director, received the donation from Stacy Boil and Morgan Brooks from the NCRP that will go towards a mental health facility as well as indigent mental health services.

Friday:

Doug Dippel, CEO, as well as several RPMH staff, attended the ribbon cutting for the Fisher County Hospital District Clinic. Our friends up north have done a great job getting to the place to open the doors of their new clinic. Fisher County has a lot to be proud of with their new digs.
