Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital Business Office has experienced and knowledgeable staff that is ready and willing to help you with questions regarding medical bills. The staff is also responsible for handling applications for the Nolan County Indigent and Charity Program. This program provides financial assistance for RPMH medical bills for uninsured residents of Nolan County that are deemed eligible through the application process.
