Jasmine began working at RPMH when she was still in her teens. Eight years later, she is now described by her supervisor as “her right hand”. The EOM nomination expressed that this person has become someone we can continuously rely on in the department. Not only is she thought of as an exceptional employee - but also as an exceptional person that is very genuine and shows the upmost respect towards superiors, co-workers and patients.
On her last evaluation it was noted that she “is a great all-around employee. She is the ideal description of what an engaged employee should be. She is a great asset to the department and a great leader”.
Donis McCluskey hired Jasmine in April 2016 as a housekeeper, but in 2019 an opportunity arose, and she decided that she wanted a change. Blanca Torres offered an Admission Clerk position to Jasmine Turner - and she accepted.
Jasmine is a go getter. She continued to grow. In 2021 she began assisting Tracy Villanueva with authorizations. Jasmine was then promoted to Pre-Admissions Specialist in 2022.
A perfect employee is not someone who comes early and leaves late. It’s someone who brings everything they have to the table and uses their skills to do their best. Jasmine – YOU are that employee.
