Anita Carillo, CNA, is our September Employee of the Month. She began her time here as a CNA in 2015 but when it was discovered she was handy with a computer she became a Ward Clerk. Five different co-workers nominated Anita for Employee of the Month.
Her nomination reports that Anita primarily performs the role of Ward Clerk. However, she does not reside within the boundaries of clerk when she is on the clock. She prioritizes the needs of the department consistently and efficiently. She very frequently performs CNA related tasks during her shifts when patient needs increase. She is also willing to float to other departments to help. Very frequently, those who have the honor or working alongside her are extremely grateful and complimentary regarding her assistance.
Anita is a true example of our core values at RPMH. She is one of the best multi-taskers and the definition of an engaged employee. The hospital is a better place by having her on our team. Congratulations, Anita!
