2009 Employee of the Year

The RPMH 2009 Employee of the Year is Sharon Hardin. Sharon is an LVN and works in ICU. She has been with RPMH since 1986. The Employee of the Year presentation was made at the Christmas Day Awards ceremony held December 18th. Linda Jones, ER/ICU Nurse Manager and Rose Best, Chief Nursing Officer made the presentation. In her presentation, Rosa stated that “she had worked with Sharon almost 20 years and that with each opportunity she always came away with more nursing knowledge, especially having learned from Sharon the nursing skills that come from the heart”.
