February Employee of the Month

Congratulations to LaFonda Gerhart, our February Employee of the Month. LaFonda is a Registered Nurse and currently works in our Intensive Care Unit. She has been with RPMH since 1989. LaFonda was nominated by a customer on a comment card. She is described as “an excellent nurse” and she is frequently complimented by her patients. Lafonda and her husband, Mike, have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. They live in Sweetwater.
